Had some serious issues with my Prologue and had to take it in. From the very start Richmond kept me informed and even patched a small crack I had in the windshield without me mentioning. Top notch service! Will be back.

I went into Appletree planning on purchasing my lease. I worked with Ben and he took me through all my options around purchasing my lease, and leasing a new vehicle. I ended up walking out of there with a car I love even more than the one I had. Everyone was super friendly, laid back, and I feel like I got a great deal. I went to Apple Tree in a time when I really needed a good reliable car. It was late when I'd gotten off from work. Despite the time, Duane met with me, listened to my needs and directed me to exactly the car I needed. After checking out the car and the test drive, we sat and talked about the trade in, and meet with Chris (who I assume was the manager). There wasn't a lot of push to hurry or make a deal right then. Ultimately, I found another vehicle elsewhere that suited my needs better. In that time Duane and Chris both checked on me to see if my needs were being met. My situation was a bit of a cluster, and they both were still willing to listen to me, offer advice and support if the other deal fell through. Had the specific vehicle I was looking for been on their lot, I would not have hesitated to buy from them. Apple Tree seems to be genuinely focused on helping the customer. A good salesman knows that a happy customer will always return. Especially, if you know you can rely on them for help. Even if I didn't buy from them, I cannot recommend Apple Tree enough. You'll be in good hands with them. I will certainly come to them should my needs change.

Mr. Dave was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting my vehicle. He was patient, honest, and made sure I understood every step before moving forward. We recently purchased a minivan and had the pleasure of working with Aydan White. Aydan met us at the door and was very courteous in asking us what had brought us in and once we told him which model we wanted to look at, he wasted no time in pulling around the van for us to look at and then test drive. Aydan was very personable and not pushy whatsoever. During the negotiation process, it took no time at all for us to walk out with the price we were willing to pay. Solid experience with these guys. I recently bought a 2019 Miata from them and (other than Android Auto confusion) it’s been completely trouble-free since the delivery. The quality of the vehicle was top-notch and the staff were really easy to work with during the sale, didn't pressure me into a warranty or anything. I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a reliable ride and a fair deal.

I just had the greatest experience with Apple Tree Honda in Arden, NC. If you're like me, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the options out there - but once I stepped into Apple Tree Honda, I knew I had found a really special dealership who is all about the customer experience first and foremost. I considered three other dealerships in the area, and none compared with Apple Tree Honda. I got a 2026 Honda CRV-EX. I wanted red, but they didn't have it on the lot. However, they arranged to have one brought to their location, and it arrived several days earlier than they promised. Talk about service! I could not be more thrilled with my new Honda! I must give a shout-out to those who made this experience so positive. Chris Lewis and Grant Leach - your leadership clearly sets such a high bar for this location. It shows, and there's a noticeable difference. And for customer service - Zain Rigsby and Peter Dean are truly the best. Zain made the financial part of the process not just transactional. I bought my Honda Odyssey in Charlotte but today I went to Apple Tree to get their help hooking up my Honda Link. Service referred me to sales. When I went in, a lovely young salesman spent about an hour hooking it up, then showing me how & actually lifting out my middle seat, all while being super patient & friendly. While on the way over the mountain, after a wonderful well-deserved beach vacation, our vehicle experienced a catastrophic transmission failure. The team at Apple Tree Honda in Asheville/Fletcher NC, truly went above and beyond to help us. Our service advisor, Lena, did an outstanding job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening with our vehicle at every step. Service Manager Jack also stepped in and showed exceptional customer care. He arranged for us to rent a brand-new Honda so we could safely make it back across the mountains to East Tennessee while our vehicle was being repaired. Lena worked directly with our third-party warranty company, and thanks to her persistence and professionalism, the transmission replacement was handled without any charge to us, and the rental cost was reimbursed! Both Lena and Jack are absolute gems and represent exactly what customer-oriented service should look like, even staying past their normal closing time to help us out. Their integrity and commitment to helping customers turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. If you need service in the Asheville area, this dealership has a team that truly cares about its customers. Needless to say Apple Tree will be on our short list when we decide to trade our CR-V.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Apple Tree Honda and had a genuinely great experience with everyone involved. We worked with Dave on the sales side, and he was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and able to answer every question we threw at him. Due to our schedules, we had to return later in the evening to finalize the purchase, and when we came back the vehicle was prepped and ready. Dave took extra time to walk us through all the features and even helped set up driver profiles for both my wife and me. We also had an excellent experience with Tiffany in finance. She kept the process light, efficient, and stress‑free, which is not always the case when signing paperwork. We felt we received a fair deal overall and never felt pressured or pushed into add‑ons. This was our first brand‑new vehicle purchase, and Apple Tree made the buying experience a positive one. That said, I do have a couple of small issues with the vehicle that I’ll be addressing with the dealership this week, and how those are handled will be the true test of their service after the sale. 1. One of the third‑row pull straps appears to have been installed backwards from the factory, causing the Velcro to only function if you twist the strap. It’s a small issue, but on a brand‑new vehicle, I expect everything to be correct. 2. I discovered that the front bumper was drilled to mount a license plate frame solely for the dealership’s advertising plate. North Carolina does not use front license plates, and based on my research, Honda only pre‑drills bumpers for vehicles delivered to states that require them. That means the holes were added by the dealership. I’m hopeful Apple Tree will offer a fair solution, as having two unnecessary holes in the front of a brand‑new vehicle is disappointing. Despite removing the dealership’s advertising plate, I can assure AppleTree that my word‑of‑mouth recommendation will go much further than a plastic plate ever could.

I had a 10 AM appointment for a Honda recall repair. I was told on the phone, it would be a 2.5 hour maintenance upgrade. I arrived at the dealership at 9:45AM and checked in. It is 2:30 PM and the car has not been serviced. This is the only Honda dealer in the Asheville area. I was told if I rescheduled the service, the same thing( wait time) would occur. I have waited almost 5 hours with no work having been done on the car.

When shopping for a new car we knew the size, bells and whistles we wanted but not a specific make or model. We actually got there at 8:00 AM, earlier than the sales staff typically start. Even though they had a meeting that morning, they kindly grabbed a salesman who had come in early, Jeremie, and he took great care of us. Jeremy was incredibly patient, thorough, and never rushed us. We originally came in interested in the Honda Pilot, but it was freezing cold and even started snowing that day. The sales manager thoughtfully brought the Pilot inside so we could look at it comfortably. After comparing it with the Honda Passport, we realized we didn’t need the extra seating and completely fell in love with the Passport instead. The entire team worked with us on pricing and made sure everything aligned with what we needed and wanted. I truly couldn’t be happier with our purchase or the level of service we received. We went on Valentines Day to look at a truck we saw online. Blake came out to greet us and show us the truck. He was very personable and not pushy. Was able to answer our questions and provide details. Just a great salesperson and I highly recommend you ask for him if you go to look at a car. We then went inside to further discuss the truck and to try and come to an agreement on price. We met Chris Hagelios who was also wonderful to work with on this deal. Chris was down to earth, funny and very enjoyable to work with, once again, not pushy, no pressure. We also worked with Tiffany in Finance to sign all the documents and she was quick, very clear on information and easy to work with. Overall, everyone was amazing and made buying a car enjoyable. I just picked up my new Honda Passport TrailSport from Apple Tree Honda. The entire process about the buying a vehicle was done in a very professional manner. I wanted to order a new 2026 Honda Passport for March 2026 delivery. Yesterday I went to Apple Tree Honda and met a VERY nice sales consultant by the name of Tania Marcusso . I wanted to order a new 2026 Honda Passport for March 2026 delivery. Yesterday I went to Apple Tree Honda and met a VERY nice sales consultant by the name of Tania Marcusso . She was extremely easy to deal with and has a great knowledge of the vehicles they sell . It probably took less than an hour to get the deal done and NO pressure to sell me things I did not want . Top-tier service department.

Would give zero if I could. During an oil service, they scratched my car (not a small spot). Well they tell me to bring back in and they will repair it. Absolutely the worst mistake I made. Not only does it not match my car it’s not smooth and has bubbles in the paint. The GM Matt refuses to call me back, the service manager will not call me back either. I have reached out to the owners Jason and Kelby Locke.

Bob was amazing, kind, and extremely helpful. I had to finance a car after my previous one was totaled. I was a bit traumatized and nervous since my previous car dealer experience was not very good at all. His compassion and honesty made the process so easy. I felt cared for. I have been bringing my car to Apple Tree Honda since 2020. They give consistently excellent service from start to finish (special shout out to Brenda and Joe). My 2017 Honda Accord now has over 100,000 miles on it, and I know that I can trust them to keep it running safely for as long as possible.

If 10 stars was an option we would choose it! We recently retired to NC for rom another state. We have been a Honda family since 2000 and have owned 13 Honda vehicles between us. We visited Apple Tree Honda back in August for an oil change on our Ridgeline. We met Tony while we were waiting for service. Explained to him we would be purchasing a new vehicle for me and wanted to make the purchase in November. We told him the exact car color and model we wanted to purchase. Tony remembered our conversation and contacted us early November to start the process of our purchase. Tony was honest thorough kind and there was never an pressure. Update: Was there again for an express service. Once again, Garrett was happy & friendly & thorough. Newer Service Advisor, Garrett, helped me with replacing my headlights both over the phone and in-person today. He made the process seamless, answered my questions, and double-checked a couple things.

Had a great experience buying our 26 Passport from Apple Tree. Our sales associate, Ryan Martin, was fabulous. Amazing product knowledge, patient with all our questions, and helped us spec out exactly what we wanted. Made the process pretty easy. Really happy with the new Passport and will seek out Ryan the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

Had a great Experience at AppleTree Honda in Asheville Nc. Tony was amazing, along with all the others involved in getting me into a new car. Tony was not pushy he was very helpful in finding me an AWD SUV in my price range. He kept in touch but wasn’t like most car salesman where they aggravate you all the time. He was not about just “Let me sale you a car” he was honest and told me all my options he really cared about what I needed and where I needed to stay in payment wise. He was always positive. He has his own personal touch. Go to AppleTree and see Tony to buy your new car. Or used. He will do you right.

Went in for replacement of recalled part. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I drive a used Honda and I could not say enough good things about this service dept and Joe G (my service advisor) any problem big or small he has given me personal, practical, and professional advice on how to solve it.

No inspection done on used Volvo I bought. The computer was dead. After we got a new one, over 100 codes popped up. Had to do an $11,000 repair on engine. Very fortunate that Volvo covered it. But apple tree DID NOT inspect this car in any way, shape or form. Crooks. A/C did not even work. Could not tell because it was winter time.
