I had done a ton of online research before going in. Very let down that several of the makes and models were sold or gone. I understand it was a holiday weekend and maybe the sales move faster then the webpage updates. But there was a ton of confusion about what cars were left. I was losing all hope and we even had a down payment ready. Ibis the sellsperson worked her best to get us a car. Once the dust had settled we left with a very nice floor model civic which we had our eyes on, since the cars were clearing out fast. Asheville needs a bigger Honda dealership cause I could tell they were insanely busy and understocked. I was a little sticker shocked we spent more then I wanted to in the end. But hopefully we got a good car that will last us the loan. lol. Trust me I will give updates. The loan agent was very funny and helpful. Plus all the staff I could see were doing their best. so fingers crossed but do call ahead and make an appointment and ask what cars they might still have. It's a bit far out from town so call ahead. So far pretty okay experience. Let's hope oil changes and repairs etc, go smoother lol.
Went to Apple Tree for an airbag recall. the repair was slated to take possibly all day, but they got it done in 2 hours. Awesome. Staff was friendly and professional - very efficient.Also managed to stop by the Parts Department and take care of an issue with a key. Totally satisfied. NOTE: I've been an Apple Tree customer since 1983 or so and they've always been great.

Apple Tree did a great job. We had a good idea of what we wanted, they responded well and didn't try to upsell us on something we didn't need. Worked with us on the financing, even though we weren't going to be using dealer financing. And they extremely helpful on trade-in, which happened to be a dead car an hour's drive away. Absolutely recommend, A+ service.
