My key fob battery needed replacement. My tech said he would take care of both fobs. Very short wait, he noticed one key was never cut. He took care of that too. Because I purchased my auto there...best news... no charge. I love Apple Tree Honda. Wonderful staff and service.

Got a lot of routine maintenance done for 60k+ miles. Everyone was helpful and informative, service was done in a timely fashion!
Had an appointment for a software upgrade. The letter stated 20 min for the upgrade. 3 hrs later I went looking for the service rep only to be told it would be at least another 1.5 hours!! I was told they only had 2 computer systems and 50 cars to service. This is very poor scheduling. I had to drive 1.5 hrs to get here so taking another day off was not an option. Next time I’ll drive to Johnson City.

The Apple Tree Service Department is OUTSTANDING!!! Joe greeted me on arrival at my 1000 Appointment! Logged me in for my scheduled maintenance and asked all the right questions! I waited in the very comfortable waiting area! Free coffee! My vehicle was ready in no time..,47 minutes! Joe texted and called me we went over service items … Resdy for another 6,000 miles!!! He also showed me how to use several features in my car and Key Fob!!! THANKS JOE!!!

Car had an issue while we were traveling and getting progressively worse. Closest dealer was Apple Tree. The problem was quickly diagnosed. The part wouldnt be available until the next day. Our Service Advisor provided a rental. Our car was repaired and returned to us late the next day. All in all our experience with Apple Tree Service Department was excellent. Working with Tanner in the pre-owned area of Apple Tree Honda was very pleasant. He listened to us and helped with finding the perfect vehicle. My service experience has been somewhat satisfactory. I do recommend double checking to see if the tire rotation, and the filters be checked to make sure that these services were done. The Service Manager was very nice when I complained about the tires not being rotated...I marked the tires to make sure this service was done. Hopefully it was just an oversight and we are all capable of making mistakes. Otherwise, the staff is nice, friendly and good customer service.

Thought I had appointment. Got there. I wasn’t on the books at 8:20 in the morning. But they Serviced my car anyway.
Fine service, but aren’t you making enough money? Why add a 3% fee to credit card transactions? I had no other means of payment when this policy was explained to me. I find it hard to believe that a Honda dealership is having trouble with income or making ends meet— like many of your customers. Stop the greed.

Today, I took my CRV in for recall service on the vehicle software. The entire process went very smoothly, from automated scheduling, to vehicle entry at the excellent service department, to completion and departure. I drive a 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid. While traveling on I-75 on Sept. 11th around 4:45 pm near Ocala, FL, the front passenger-side window spontaneously shattered into shards, even though there were no surrounding vehicles, debris, or external objects that made contact with the vehicle prior to the explosion.

I was pleasantly surprised to find my first oil change and tire rotation were free, compliments of Honda. I also got a state inspection which Apple Tree did at no charge. My car was vacuumed and washed and the entire visit took about 1 1/4 hr. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Came in for standard first maintenance appointment and they found mice and a nest, chewed up filters, and they cleaned everything up and changed needed filters! Great service!
