Apple Tree Honda’s service department is a well oiled machine. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff all around.

AppleTree Honda serviced my 2021 CRV today. As usual, I received great customer service from my service advisor Brenda McCraw. My A/C was not cooling properly. The problem was identified and fixed today. Because the wait time was longer than usual, I was offered a shuttle to local shopping or dining. I went to lunch and returned to find that it was an A/C Air Compressor Shaft Seal problem. Honda had an extended warranty on this particular part, and it was covered. I have always received excellent service here!

Brenda has always been informative and pleasant! I also spoke to Aydan White today. He answered questions about Hondas and trade ins that I had. Very nice salesman.

Brenda over at Service is the best employee you have. She’s so professional so polite and very good at what she does. She helped me through a very difficult and unexpected vehicle repair. Thanks to Brenda and her excellent customer service plus knowledge I was able to get this taken care of in a manner that was relatively painless. I would give her specifically a 10 out of 10!

Brought my car in for a couple of recalls and was surprised at how friendly and professional the dealership was. A lot of dealerships seem like they just dont care unless you are buying. Even when the they had an issue with a software update that took a very long time, they were very professional and even apologized that it took so long. They will definitely have my continued business.

I got my 2026 Honda CRV today and throughout the process I had a great experience working with Bob who I highly recommend. He was very helpful, friendly and patient to explain any questions I had and made sure I got what I was really looking for. All the staff are very friendly and trustworthy! Bob is the best!

I dropped off my car for a safety recall and 100,000 mile maintenance. Upon arrival I was greeted at my window and my information was taken and I was out the door in a loaner in less than ten minutes. The next day I returned to pick my car up and had the same experience. Returned my loaner, paid my service bill and was back on the road in my car within ten minutes. Joseph is always helpful and attentative. I think your new service manager has got things moving in a much better direction than my past experiences over the prior years. Recently had car trouble in Brevard, NC. Apple Tree Honda was there to assist me to resolve my problem. They were extremely patient and professional. Shout out to Lena Arrington. She handled the entire repair process and was a fantastic ambassador for excellent customer service. Apple Tree Honda should be happy to have her representing them.

I must say Joseph and the service crew definitely showed up for me today! I was in need of a tire repair late on a Saturday afternoon in distress. He was most kind and was able to squeeze in my vehicle repair (along with a much needed complimentary wash). It’s been a tough week and needed something positive. This is the second time this week he has been a great support. In addition, he coached me on the phone how to set the backup sensor alert. My Service Person, Brenda, explains everything clearly-what was done and what needs to be done, if anything. The service department gets everything done in a timely manner. Communication is great!

My 2020 HRV suddenly would not start at 4:30. I had it towed to Apple Tree and Lena was able to get me into a rental vehicle so they could diagnose it next day. I requested additional service and they were able to complete everything in a day and half. I love and appreciate Apple Tree and the wonderful service they provide.

Great maintenance service on my 2025 Honda Accord. Christian Zanca, my service consultant, was ready for me when I dropped the car off at 7:30 a.m. He called with updates and then to give the “20 minute” warning that the car was ready for pickup. All paperwork and keys ready and car washed and vacuumed. Thanks Christian!

Service was spot as was time for completion. The staff was friendly and efficient but - I was given the choice of cash or debit card or with a surcharge with my credit card. I choose the debit card and ended up paying an additional $4.77. Then I called to check on the charge and they never called back! So much for not being more careful

I Really wish you had NOT chanfrom using Sunbit to now using Affirm. Affirm Only wanted to loan me $180, that's a joke since I needed a new Alternator which was over $1,200. So, if you could please consoling Back to Sunbit, instead of Affirm, thank you. Other than that I'm glad with your service & I appreciate your staff, everyone is very nice & helpful.
